Day 1: Oibek - Khujand
The amazing tour starts! Today you will be met by driver on the border and you will head on straight to Khujand city. Khujand is one of the oldest cities of Central Asia, according to some sources it was founded in the VII-VI centuries BC. It is situated on the Syr Darya River at the mouth of the Fergana Valley. As a thousand years ago, nowadays Khujand still plays an important transport role. In course of the tour you will visit in the afternoon a Cultural Palace of Khujant. In Tajikistan one of achievements of architectural thought of the XX-th century - a Cultural Palace Arbob. It was constructed by simple farmers. Also we will explore Central Mosque one of the outstanding sights of the city. Night will be in a hotel.
Day 2: Khujand - Istravshan - Khujand
The tour continues! Today you will visit Istravshan, one of the prominent highlights of the tour. In the north of Tajikistan, in Sogd area, nearby to the Turkestan ridge located the fine city Istaravshan. Istravshan is considered to be a museum which has settled down directly open-air. In Persian literature the city was known as Kurukuda, In Sogdian ancient notes as Kurushkuda. En route you will explore Mugtepa, the fifteenth century Kuk Gumbaz Mosque and local bazaar. You will get full immersion of colorful bazaar, visit magneficent fortresses, and admire special architecture of mosques and mausoleums. After you will transfer back to Khujand.
Day 3: Khujand - Seven Lakes
Today you will plunge into wild nature. This day you will move to the (Fann Mountains). The road goes over pass Shahriston (3 378 m). Fannsky mountains (Fans) concerns one of the most beautiful places rich with mountain lakes and snow-covered peaks.They are one of Central Asia's most favorite hiking areas. In course of the tour you will have a trip to the Seven Lakes (Marquzor Lakes). The natural sight is in 40 kilometres from small town Penjakent in long gorge of the river Shing. The beautiful natural complex Seven lakes which amazes all travelers with the sated and constantly changing colour of water. At this beautiful place you will have time to go for short hiking. There way goes along a gorge where Seven lakes are located. You will have a chance to meet local people and observe their way of life. Overnight is in a hospitable homestay.
Day 4: Seven Lakes - Penjakent
In the morning today we will head on to Penjakent. Penjakent - a city located in the western part of Tajikistan on left river bank Zeravshan to the east of Samarkand. Penjakent is one of the most ancient cities of the Central Asia which respectable age is about 5500 years. The city name is translated as «Five villages». Penjikent of that time was one of the most important cultural and crafts centers of Sogd. The monumentsof architecture which have remained in Penjakent, painting and sculpture of Sogd - are works of art which have no analogues anywhere in Central Asia. The ruins of this ancient city were found only in the last century. Site of ancient settlement of ancient Penjakent. On suburb of modern Penjakent opens picture of the past : the medieval citadel surrounded with residential buildings with wall, near to the center of a site of ancient settlement stands a necropolis. Night will be in a hotel.
Day 5: Penjakent - Dushanbe
In the morning you will to wonderful Dushanbe. Dushanbe - a fascinating big city and capital of Tajikistan. It is possible to name administrative center of country, in political and cultural, and in the economic plan. The road runs over Anzob pass (3 372 m) and tunnel of Isticlol. You will have a chance to make a lot of amazing photos. On the second half of the day you will have a wonderful guided city tour. The highlights of the tour will be Rudake Park, National library, White House, National state seal, House of parliament and Jomi theatre. In course of the tour you will explore National park to see Ministry of Inner Affairs and the biggest National Flag is- 165 m high pole, 30 m wide, 60 m long in the world, the pride of Tajikistan. After excursion in Central Museum you will visit Archeological museum and Gurminj Museum of traditional musical instruments. Overnight will be in a hotel.
Day 6: Flight
In the morning is transfer to the airport.
